I bought a Durango RT thought it had the 8spd because the jeeps were already using the 8spd by 13 last year's were 11-12 for 5spd . Anyway decided I wanted more than stock power and since it's not the 8hp70 I wasn't sure how long it would hold an extra 80+ lbft from a ripp charger the HP really isn't the question its the torque , so going to pull the valve body during my first trans service and swap these heavier parts onto the body and add a bigger better trans cooler with a fan I'm also not sure if these years have that thermal bypass valve if it do that's gotta go they aren't for trans life they are there to keep oil thin for better mpg not transmission life . I don't plan on racing this thing every stop light but I think it should live with a 6psi centrifugal charger with cooling and line pressure upgrades for awhile . I have an 08.5 6.7 with the 68rfe efi live tuned on 35s tows 10k and I've run it fairly hard and the factory 68rfe has 217k on it only thing I did was replace the failing valve body at 135k with a new anodized Mopar unit with new ssv ...did that in the driveway in about an hour so this 65rfe should be a simple upgrade with this kit similar to service on the 68...if I'm wrong I'll just have to pull the charger and take her on for warranty work using the unlimited mileage warranty the dealer sold me ...if it fails after 3 years I'll just do an ats built rfe...I can't believe the 8hp70 is that much stronger Chrysler just doesn't put overkill stuff like that in light duty stuff so I'd have to believe it's only a little bit better strength wise than the rfe

well.. this fuse seems okay on mine but still cannot read OBD2.. What did you say about putting pin 5 to 4 ? (its a 02 (03 for US) GT) ? 4,5 are ground signal, what's the matter of bridging them ? If you can help, thanks in advance, I have a CEL since few days it drives me crazy I don't know where the hell I can look for >_<

Nevertheless, I respect vehicles that are set overseas. The turbo exhaust sound is excellent. I've never seen a car composed of AEM wiring. I configure it with Sam 2000, discard the AFS, and install the MAP sensor

Hey question for you.. ive had 3 tiburons so far.. and all of them seem to develope. The usuall bcm issue.. do you know of or have used. Any reputable module repair places. With any success of having them repaired.

I have a 02 Tiburon! Was on my way home from work when randomly my brake lights and Tail lights stopped working! Windows won’t wind down, and Radio won’t turn on! I removed that yellow fuse and Bought a new one just now! Stuck it in and it hasn’t done anything! Any ideas on what it could be! Really a pain in the arse as I got to go back to work in 2 days🤦🏽‍♂️

Stevenson tuning........hmmmm...... I don't have good feelings about Stevenson anymore. He is up there on the reservation thinking he can do whatever he wants. And he thinks he is far enough away from anyone to ever have to deal with or see a customer in person when he does not deliver for them. I came to him as a customer with a 2011 MK6 Jetta looking to do a delete for fuel economy and obviously DPF delete. He wrote a tune and I passed my state inspection but fuel economy is equal to but certainly not better than stock. To keep a long story short here, the very first few tunes he wrote me was giving me over 50 miles to the gallon City, high 50s Highway. That Tune however was giving me an overboost code, it took over 9 months and multiple versions of the tune for him to finally give up on improving fuel economy. Then instead of Stevens him himself like a man, sent one of his dingbat underlings to tell me that I was getting poor fuel economy because it was cold (winter). Really then why do we have a cold air intake on our TDIs? (Sure Sub-Zero temperatures are no good (but here in the Mid-Atlantic states in December at that time it wasn't colder than 40°)) If cold air is really that bad wouldn't we have a warm air intake instead of a cold air intake? And another thing that dingbat underling tried telling me was that I never got over 50 miles to the gallon, he said that's impossible.. I sent him pictures and screenshots of receipts showing that I have empirical data proving I got well over 50 MPG and that shows me filling up just north of Baltimore and then not filling up again until south of Atlanta Stevenson tuning called me a liar. So choose Stevenson tuning only if you're okay with just getting by and not expecting him to go the extra mile and figure out problems if you have any. Basically if he does a tune for you he's only going to give you the bare minimum and give up instead of taking the time to get it dialed in and figured out.
